Paul is the Divisional Head for Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS) at the University of Exeter. He has worked for more than 30 years in strategic and management roles supporting the skills and talent supply agenda. Working across the University-Business interface, he has delivered nationally and internationally acclaimed award-winning strategies and services. His current portfolio includes strategic and operational responsibility for employability, careers, enterprise education and interdisciplinary and place-based learning, both in the UK and globally. He has led-several £multi-million projects across relevant areas including the launch and delivery of a Times Top 100 Graduate Recruitment and Development programme on behalf of 25 multi-national companies. He has facilitated the climb of two Universities to the top of national league tables for Graduate Prospects and assisted the University of Exeter’s climb into the global top 100 for the ‘employer reputation’ ranking metric. He has assisted universities, employers (UK and overseas), professional associations and governments in reviewing related services and strategies and delivered +100 keynotes and masterclasses at regional, national and international level for various industries and education sectors.

Jest również członkiem NAFSA, EAIE oraz organizacji Polonia Technica. Marta Foryś ukończyła studia wyższe na Wydziale Zarządzania AGH w 2000 roku.
W AGH pracuje od 2002 r., początkowo jako International Students Officer w Międzynarodwej Szkole Inzynierskiej. W 2003 roku została stypendystką Fundacji Kościuszkowskiej. Podczas trzymiesięcznego stażu w USA (Swarthmore College, Columbia University i Penn State University) zdobyła wiedzę z zakresu pozyskiwania funduszy. W 2017 roku była stypendystką International Visitor Leadership Program finansowanego przez Biuro ds. Edukacji i Kultury Departamentu Stanu USA. W latach 2003-2006 Marta Foryś pełniła funkcję kierownika Biura Pozyskiwania Funduszy AGH. Jest również kierownikiem projektów uczelnianych w programie Erasmus+. Od 2006 roku do chwili obecnej pełni funkcję Kierownika Działu Współpracy z Zagranicą AGH. Od 2007 roku ekspert i koordynator współpracy AGH z Wietnamem. Prywatnie pasjonatka Bałkanów Zachodnich, żeglowania i zdrowego stylu życia.
Jan Geerts

Jan is an experienced and entrepreneurial relationship manager and a pioneer in the field of alumni relations in the world of Dutch universities of applied sciences. Jan has been working for the Marketing and Communications department of The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) in several positions since 2006. In 2013 he was appointed the first full-time alumni relations professional at a university of applied sciences in the Netherlands. Until November 2020 he was responsible for THUAS’ Alumni Office and implementing the school’s institution-wide alumni policy. Before he started working for THUAS, Jan worked in the internet sector, where he gained considerable experience in social media strategies and online marketing & communications.
Jan is an experienced conference speaker and trainer and loves to share his expertise with other higher education institutions. He describes himself as an internationally oriented matchmaker who aims to build, expand and share networks for mutual benefits. He joined the European Association for International Education (EAIE) in 2015 and was elected Chair of the Expert Community Alumni Relations for the 2020–2022 term. Jan also ddddddddddddddddddddd volunteered for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

Edyta jest dyrektorem Biura Strategii Internacjonalizacji na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Katowicach. Przez ostatnie 20 lat angażuje się w różnorodne działania związane z procesem internacjonalizacji instytucji szkolnictwa wyższego. Koordynowała i uczestniczyła w wielu międzynarodowych projektach z udziałem uczelni, absolwentów i pracodawców. Jest również współzałożycielką i członkiem zarządu Silesian Universities Network (SUN).
Od 2018 roku Edyta współpracuje z Narodową Agencją Wymiany Akademickiej (NAWA) jako ekspert i konsultant. Od 2002 roku jest związana z European Association of International Education (EAIE), w 2015 roku otrzymała nagrodę EAIE Rising Star Award, a przez dwie kadencje pełniła funkcję przewodniczącej EAIE Expert Community Employability. Edyta is a Director of Internationalisation Strategy at the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland. She has been engaged in diverse activities related to the process of internationalization of higher education institutions for the past 20 years. She has coordinated and participated in many international projects involving universities, alumni and employers. She has also co-founded and is a board member of the Silesian Universities Network (SUN).
Since 2018 Edyta cooperates with the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) as an expert and consultant. Wzorując się na modelach brytyjskim i hiszpańskim wprowadziła w życie także program budowania relacji toruńskiej uczelni z jej absolwentami, który działa na UMK od 2001 r. Pełniąc funkcję koordynatorki Programu “Absolwent UMK”, dba o budowanie dobrego wizerunku Uniwersytetu w gronie jego absolwentów, zarówno w Polsce, jak i zagranicą.
Kinga Nemere-Czachowska is an experienced journalist, editor and PR-expert. At the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, she has developed an Office for Promotion, one of the first ones at the Polish universities. She took the British and Spanish models to launch a program of building relations between the university and its alumni which has been operating at the NCU since 2001. In her role of a coordinator of the NCU ddddddddddddddddddddd,Alumni Programme she supervises the process of promoting good public image of the University among its alumni, both within Poland and abroad.
Piotr Rapciak

Piotr Rapciak, Ph.D. – a graduate of political sciences at the Jagiellonian University, political scientist and a journalist who has worked for media and publishing for many years. At present, he works for the Jagiellonian University Centre for Academic Support as a Deputy Manager in the Careers Service. He is responsible for cooperation with university’s alumni. He led a NAWA funded project Alumni UJ Programme for the development of ddddddddddddddddddddd, cooperation with the Jagiellonian University’s international alumni. Sandra Rincón

Sandra Rincón is Founder and President of NL network-Netherlands, Consultant to EU Alumni Initiative and PhD candidate at Tilburg University on engaging international alumni to advance internationalization of higher education.
With 30 years of experience in international education, Sandra has developed strategies and programs on global alumni networks and stakeholder engagement, intercultural communication and international academic mobility. She has served as adviser and trainer to governments and professional associations such as CASE, CLADEA, EAIE, ICARe-Alumni, NAFSA and Nuffic. She has also authored various articles on international engagement and is currently co-writing a book titled Engaging International Alumni as Strategic Partners expected publication in spring 2021. She’s an alumna of UC Davis, UC Irvine and Cal State Fullerton. She’s passionate about building communities to promote diversity in innovating a more inclusive and kinder world.

He is also Professor at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST), Associate Researcher at the Barcelona Centre for International Relations (CIDOB), Associate Professor of the Barcelona Institute of International Studies (IBEI), Commissioner for International Affairs of the Barcelona Metropolitan Region strategic plan, and has over 10 years’ experience as Senior Advisor on Science Diplomacy for ministries of Foreign Affairs, Science, Research, and Education across Asia, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Roig is founder and member of the board of numerous nonprofits and think tanks on Public Diplomacy, Science Advice, and Innovation and Higher Education Policy.
